If you love the smell of CLEAN, then you will love this diffuser blend! It has a few of my favorite essential oils. Put them together in the diffuser and you have this gem of a mixture! Try for yourself!

3 drops of Lemongrass

2 drops of Eucalyptus

1 drop of Lavender

Tension??

Do you ever need something to ease the tension in your life and help you sleep better? This is a simple solution!

Do you remember me talking about diffusers? Here we go…..diffusers are the best! I have one in my kitchen, each of my kids rooms and my room. Our family loves them and they are constantly going. You can put any of the oils in them depending on the results you are wanting. During the day, I put Onguard or Wild Orange in them. But at night time, we go for Lavender or Serenity.

Serenity smells really good, promotes relaxation and a restful nights sleep. It also lessens tension and calms emotions!
