HORMONES!!!

Have you EVER been a hormonal wreck? Anyone ever call you “hormonal”? Have YOU ever called anyone hormonal? Maybe a teenage daughter, sister, mother or friend? Been there done that right?

I’ve found some more pretty cool labels this last week that help you track the essential oils you put in each blend.

The one we are going to focus on this morning is “Hormonal Wreck”.

Sounds self explanatory right?

This helps females balance hormones, stabilize emotions, eases worry, sadness, tension, muscle aches cramps and hopelessness. I was experimenting with the “right” amount of drops for each oil in here and what I’ve come up with is the following:

15ml roller bottle

15 drops of Clary Sage

15 drops of Marjoram

10 drops of Ylang Ylang

The rest of the bottle with Fractionated Coconut oil.

you can apply on your wrists, back of neck or across your forehead. Go ahead try it out and let me know what you think!

All of these labels can be found at AromaTools. I love that store and you’ll find amazing things there!

And remember…..feel free to share this post with all of your HORMONAL friends who could benefit! 🙂

Alzheimer’s Disease

Do you know someone who has #Alzheimer’s Disease?

Alzheimer’s is a progressive and fatal disease that attacks and kills brain cells, causing a loss of memory and other intellectual capacities.

I’m sure if you don’t know someone who has the disease you know someone who does. It’s most commonly diagnosed in individuals over the age of 65. As the #disease progresses, individuals who have it often experience mood swings, long term #memory loss, confusion, irritability, aggression and then a decreased ability to communicate.

Most diseases are hard to watch a loved one get, but this one, to me is really sad. You have an individual who was so strong in their earlier years, not be able to live daily the way they were use to.

Do you remember the #diffusers that I talk about? Well we are going to get into that again.

There are 2 ways I would use oils to help with Alzheimer’s. Now remember, #essential oils do not cure it.

The first way is in the diffuser:

2 drops of #Coriander & 4 drops of #Lemon in a diffuser with water. Diffuse it 15 minutes daily.

The other way I would use it would be in a roller bottle:

5 drops of #Frankincense

5 drops of #Sandalwood

5 drops of #Cedarwood

Fill the remaining of the rollerbottle with #Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Apply this to the brain stem area on the back of the neck. I also applied this on the under side top of the big toe. I used this mixture on a loved one who had a stroke. Message me with any questions!! Feel free to share any of these posts with friends too!
